Currently our portfolio consists of residential, commercial and industrial property's. Our team not only manages property but also analyzes market trends to establish the profitability of each property. Our main tool of management is a property management software that was curated and is maintained by our small but knowledgable team. History: We were established in 1962 by a Hungarian WW2 survivor who came to America for a fresh start. While we did not maintain the same name as the company founded many decades ago, we have firmly held on to our core values and continue to provide a personal touch.
