Western Resource Consulting, LLC (WRC) was organized in 2016 by Mr. Brad Norling to provide biological, permitting, regulatory compliance, environmental assessment, and geographic information systems (GIS) services to a wide variety of private and public sector clients throughout the western United States. WRC's mission is to become dedicated to establishing a close, long-term relationship with each of it's clients. WRC strives to be recognized as the consultant you confidently and consistently turn to for innovative and cost-effective solutions for your environmental permitting needs.WRC has established a highly qualified network of resource professionals in virtually every major environmentaldiscipline.
