We are an ambitious business that exports heavy mineral sands to the world and have the necessary skills and experience to succeed.Our venture is grounded by four key factors which set us apart:1. Removing logistical barriers. We have resolved each part of the value chain from Permits and Prospecting to Processing, and Engineering to Extraction. With a secure port facility that enables growth, our business is uniquely positioned to sustain an intergenerational resource for the West Coast region.2. Careful land use. The overall long-term sustainability of our venture is heavily dependent on the quality of the post-mining landscape of our sites. As much of the mineral sand is under prime farmland, we have a responsibility to the landowners, the local authorities, and the West Coast community to ensure it is returned with a similar level of agricultural productivity.3. Coast wide growth. We are keeping it simple, to make the company sustainable while growing it sharply. Growth will occur across the entire West Coast region. The business plan consists of three distinct phases that are grounded in pragmatic and achievable milestones that are under the direct control of the company.4. Diversity in our sands. The richness and mineral diversity of West Coast sand make it a highly valued resource globally. The company is adopting a multi mineral approach – a focus on all valuable minerals contained, not just ilmenite, for increased revenue notably garnet and Rare Earth Elements (REE) which were considered waste by previous explorers.
