We're a close knit team with your investment at heart. We only deal with lettings which means we're fully dedicated to your rented property. We aim to keep void periods to a minimum, although we don't just accept the first tenant that walks through the door. Every tenant is carefully vetted through a third party reference scheme, but we also believe first impressions are important. Unlike some agents we carry out all our own appointments and establish just what kind of property the tenant is looking for.And it's not just the tenants we're vetting...We have a good eye for detail and we'll check your property from top to bottom. If we don't think it's quite up to scratch, we'll be honest and work with you to help bring it up to a good standard.
