Wetlands Sake was born of a friendship between New Orleans natives Nan and Lindsey. But why? Because we love sake, and we think you will, too. When we set out to create a premium sake we were dedicated to using local resources - our rice is grown right here in our home state of Louisiana. And we want to pay it forward to the land that provides our vital ingredient, so we have committed to donating 2% of profits to the conservation of America's wetlands. We think sake deserves to be accepted into the fold of the American craft beverage experience. It is so much more than the hot beverage you may have experienced in a restaurant - it is a varied and complex beverage and high quality sakes (like ours!) are best served chilled. So we set out to create a truly American craft sake - one that combines our active sensibilities and eco-conscious lifestyles with our incredible thirst for authentic experiences.
