The Wharenui Sports Centre is a family friendly centre located in Riccarton, Christchurch. Enjoy a swim, basketball courts, fitness classes, aquacise, boxfit and the perfect space for your child's pool party.We offer swimming lessons from toddlers right through to adults in our three heated indoor pools as we believe every New Zealander should feel confident swimming.We are also home to the Wharenui Amateur Swimming Club (est. 1911) which is one of the oldest and most famous swimming clubs in New Zealand with a proud history of both Commonwealth champions and Olympic representatives.
