Hospitality - Margaret River, Western Australia, Australia
Wharncliffe Mill is a family run bush camp, nestled amidst the tall timber of the Bramley National Park in the heart of Margaret River. We offer shady well-spaced powered campsites and caravan sites amongst the trees, spacious cabins, a large four room eco-lodge, dorm rooms and basic safari tents. We are not a traditional caravan park, though we offer all of the necessary comforts of hot showers, flushing toilets and a camp kitchen. Our lodge and cabins have their own bathrooms and kitchens and we also have a huge undercover area with BBQ's, picnic tables, table tennis and an adjacent campfire pit for relaxing and gatherings. Surrounded by a myriad of walking trails and sensational mountain bike trails, just two kilometres from the Margaret River town centre, we offer a beautiful nature based eco-experience with a range of attractions and activities on our doorstep. We generate our own power, harvest rain water off the old mill and have state of the art waste water treatment facilities to ensure we minimise our impact and educate our guests about the natural environment, whilst demonstrating best practice sustainable living.
