At What Not To Yell Inc. our mission is to transform the adult experience in youth sport, 1 reaction at a time, by helping sports organizations build a culture of Spectator Intelligence.We are a national organization providing science based, positive-impact solutions to improve Spectator Intelligence. We work together with the parents, coaches, officials, and volunteers in youth sport because we all have a role to play in creating a spectator intelligent culture. We don't preach about "zero tolerance" on abuse, instead we "zero in" on what drives emotional reactions in the stands, on the bench, or in a volunteer board meeting. By understanding emotional impulses, we are able to change reactions to responses, improve emotional performance and foster an environment of spectator intelligence that supports success for everyone – the players, coaches, volunteers, officials AND the spectators in the stands.What Not To Yell Inc. is taking leadership and organizational development and executive coaching to a new arena (pun intended). WNTY Inc. is comprised of a group of certified executive coaches and training & development experts who want to give back to the future leaders of business currently involved in youth sports as athletes. The best way we know how is by creating a culture in which our young leaders can flourish. We need to do this by transforming the experience, 1 adult at a time.
