Using techniques taught to us by the leading popcorn brand in Vancouver B.C. We moved back to the UK and decided to set up What's Poppin. From 1 dairy recipe, we developed our own Dairy Free caramel recipe in May 2018 for the Althorp Food Fest. Now we hand make only the Dairy Free caramel in a range of unique flavours.
