Since 2012, Sedina Fiati has been facilitating workshops, appearing on panels, creating initiatives in the areas of equity, diversity and inclusion. Sedina believes in empathy led processes, where we are called to listen, understand and then transform our business, relationships and our lives. When those in power really listen to those who are marginalized (those who are Indigenous, Black, People of Colour, Trans, Disabled and intersections of those identities) and follow with concrete steps, we are on our way to a better world.
