Founded by April Tadena and Greg Joseph Diaz in 2011, WhereTo.com.ph is a result of the simple need to find the right things at the right time. Searching for stores, things to do, promos and event updates that you want can be a tad frustrating and difficult especially if there isn't a place where these can be found.
