We are a company specializing in providing Branded Merchandise, Customized Apparels and other Personalized Accessories. We are called Whimsia Custom Works (www.whimsia.com). We currently cater to the Indian market.Apparels and merchandise are important ways to reflect an organization's brand, commitment to quality and public image and we know what it takes to keep our customers truly happy. We believe success lies in helping our clients run their businesses better through interesting branding techniques and low costs. Our range of merchandise and apparel offerings is very wide and we are flexible in meeting our customers' requirements.Our clients like us for 3 main reasons: Competitive Prices, High Quality and Total Reliability. Our products have a Quality Guarantee (up to 15 days after you receive it), which means that in case of any (highly unlikely) manufacturing defect, you get a free replacement. Our pricing is at market competitive rates. This means that we do not have unrealistic high prices as we understand that our clients also run businesses and they need to keep their costs low. Shipping is FREE, if the order quantity is above 50 pieces. If quantities are lower, we request our client to SHARE the actual shipping charges with us (we pay 50% and client pays 50%), but if the client declines to pay, then we bear the entire shipping cost. We have served several corporate clients in India and also other large educational institutions and some private brand labels. We are a young and growing company and currently our clientele is spread across Hyderabad, Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai and Bangalore.
