We are a locally owned sandwich shop in downtown Washington DC. We are committed to providing the fastest and friendliest service and freshest food to our customers. Opened on Inauguration Day 2012, White Apron's central concept - making gourmand-quality sandwiches and salads at fast-food speeds - has quickly skyrocketed it to one of the busiest lunch-time spots in Penn Quarter. In our commitment to quality we prepare sauces and toppings, slice meats and cheeses, bake our own desserts, and cook our soups on location daily. We never use preservatives and we only add processed sugar to our desserts. To provide a painless meal we prepare our sandwiches and salads to order in about 30 seconds each. We are open for lunch and dinner, and offer our freshly-prepared sandwiches for catering needs as well.
