The project was successful in every measurement - on time, on budget, a product meeting the needs of the library, and the quality required.Spinney Hill Apartments - White Birch assisted the developer and housing authority with both preconstruction and construction adminstration of the 10 building, 102 apartment affordable housing project. The $19M construction project consisted of the total gut rehab of all the apartments and total rehab of the site: paving, sidewalks, landscaping, and utilities. The project was successful in every measurement - on time, on budget, the quality required, and a product meeting the needs of the Housing Authority for 50 more years.Hudson Ave. Firehouse Estimate - White Birch provides estimating services for AE firms. Schematic, DD, and CD estimates were developed. Strategies were initiated early to provide alternates that would allow the City to meet all their requirements taking into account the volatility of the market. The CD estimate was consist with earlier estimates and the low bidder came in approximately 3% below budget. This was a huge success for both the AE team and the City.
