White Lotus Life Coaching is a subsidiary of Padma Life Coaching and was born out of my desire to help others who are going through the pain and disorientation I experienced when I lost my husband several years ago. Losing one's life mate is life changing on many levels, and what gets most of us through is timely support, both emotional and practical.When we go through this type of grief, it takes a while to be able to think rationally, even about simple things like eating and personal care. When we do begin to reclaim our everyday awareness, one of the first things we ask is "What now?" What do I do for the rest of my life? For that matter, what do I do next month or next year?White Lotus Life Coaching is about Life Renewal. To renew your life, you must look at your foundation and see what has worked for you and what has not.
