Education/Training - N/A, N/A, N/A
We create adult learning opportunities using the core principals of professional development design. Just like younger students, a school's faculty must be engaged and be able to see how the content relates to them –specifically to their teaching. We believe that an ongoing relationship with any school or district is essential. The faculty will learn basic skills in software and hardware, demonstrate proficiency, and have time to follow-up and evaluate their own learning. We encourage small group learning and suggest that teachers are given access to online communication tools for follow-up.We believe that simply training teachers the step-by-step of how to navigate a software program is only a small part of professional development. To truly implement hardware and software into the curriculum, a teacher needs practice and assistance. Our coaching and mentoring can ensure that teachers take what they learned in a workshop and translate it into real student learning.
