We are White's Training. A nationwide health care training provider, who specialise in the delivery of training to the Adult Health & Social Care sector.We are passionate about the diversity and culture of health & social care. This is a sector that brings people from all of life's different avenues, and places them together with an element of understanding and trust.Our aim is to deliver better standards through training. We work with over 200 care services around the UK and have done for many over 3 years. We are continuing to grow due to our endorsements. We believe in earning and achieving our endorsements and awards, as this shows our true dedication to our learners and their employers.We are committed to evidence based learning. This means that all of your learners will complete some form of documentation, to demonstrate a knowledge and understaing of all learned objectives. This enables the service to demonstrate evidence of learning to any regulatory body that may require this, such as CQC or LA's.With a team of 8 fully employed trainers, we are sure we can support your organisational requirements. Our team are sector experts in their field. We employ persons from all different backgrounds, to include: - Care Managers (Registered);- Medical Professionals;- Teachers who specialise in Adult H≻- Senior Care Management;- Ex Military Medical StaffOur aim is to be as diverse as possible, whilst making sure we can deliver the most effective training.
