Whitespace–tv.com (WSTV), is a unit of 321 Media Group Inc., a Delaware C Corp. and we are currently in seed stage and looking for funds to establish platform build out. We are building a virtual MVPD, (multi video programming distributor), that is a local city distribution platform for multi-channel networks (MCN) and OTT channels.Community TV + QVC + OTT = WSTVWe have been testing a bootstrapped, prototype for customer-product fit. We have traction of customer/ sales, and have new commitments to provide OTT services to network operators. Our primary revenue model sells airtime, and whole dedicated channels, our e-commerce revs look to connect local buyers and sellers (ala Local QVC).
