Whitetail airlines introduces the world's first-ever virtual airline.The Winner of ELITE 2017 (World's most promising companies, given by the London stock exchange). Presenting a novel "asset-light" business model where WT virtually uses other operative carriers and does not own any aircraft, avoiding acquisition and maintenance costs. We operate as a discounted virtual carrier(like a MVNO in telecoms, virgin mobile) selling other airlines' huge excess capacity ($180B market). We "codeshare" (or interline) with selective group of operative airlines, wrapping their identity around our brand "white-tail", targeting brand agnostic (price conscious) leisure travellers, mainly Generation Y (millennials), opening a new non-branded flights category. We generate incremental revenues for our close partner airlines by feeding them with new traffic (avoiding cannibalization) coming even from regional Low cost carriers , and virtually expanding their networks avoiding the enormous risk and capital they usually invest in opening new routes. We get dynamic allocation on every flight (ultra bare tickets, WT booking class plus personally tailoring ancillary services). Our joint ventures are based on free-flow or bulk models, individually decided by every participating airline. The smart routing technologies (WT factory, mix matching between different carriers) enable us to lower our prices even deeper.
