Whittemore Environmental Consulting provides environmental consulting services in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).Our staff has worked on more than 100 projects of varying complexity throughout southern California, mainly within San Diego County. We have worked for various clients, including federal, state, regional, and local government agencies; water districts; school districts; non-profit organizations; and private developers. We are also experienced in the environmental regulatory permitting process, and can prepare applications for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, California Department of Fish and Wildlife, Regional Water Quality Control Board, and California Coastal Commission.
