We believe in the traditional concept of bringing friends together. Whooley is the only location-based app that manages your social life so you can easily hang out with the friends you care about. Many social apps focus on loose, virtual connections of people, while Whooley's focus is the meaningful connection of friends. \\Our mission is to create a network of friends that want to spend time with each other, in order to facilitate real-life interactions.\\Our Value: Whooley will revolutionize the way friends communicate, organize plans and get together by delivering real-time location relevant information. \\Our Features:\Automatic Check-ins: With a unique location algorithm, users are automatically checked-into whooleys (events) on their watch (map). Only friends of the user are able to see that they are checked in, maintaining the privacy of our user's location. Users have the ability to opt-out of being checked into whooleys by going into ‘Stealth Mode'. \\Temporary Opt-in Location Sharing: Our patent pending technology, which we call hoots, allows users to temporarily share locations with a friend, upon opting-in. Once active, both users are able to see real-time updates of their location on their watch (map) for a duration of time. This allows users to easily meet up with each other without the need of constant communication.\\Privacy; We provide users with an exclusive network that is private by default. Users must have at least a one friend correlation with whooleys in order for them to appear on the feed. All chats are exclusive between those chosen to be part of whooleys, groups, and hoots. Location data is only shared to friends when the user voluntarily watches an active whooley and/or has an active hoot. Location sharing can always be terminated by ending a hoot or going into ‘stealth mode.'
