The World's First Heterogeneous Mobile Network Solution by Location based Global and Personalized Radio Resource management.The foundation of the technology is coming from Cognitive Radio project at Georgia Electronic Design Center (GEDC) in Georgia Institute of Technology. For last 5 years, GEDC has been developing the cognitive radio technologies and influencing the industry as well as academia.Wi-Rider's innovative solutions allow mobile devices to determine the available wireless networks, while simultaneously helping to establish the hyper-network ecosystem and to build a global radio database by monitoring and collecting the wireless usage information from the users. In the ecosystem, all these operations are performed in the application layer and independent from carrier's involvement.
