Wilcox LaMotte is a full service appraisal and consulting firm. We have over 25 years of combined experience in appraising and consulting for income producing properties and business valuation. Multifamily - Our emphasis is on multi-family appraisals and consulting. We have a broad depth of experience with both market rate and low income housing tax credit properties. We have appraised hundreds of multifamily projects throughout the state. Our scope of work includes appraisals, LIHTC and HUD market studies for existing and proposed projects. Commercial Real Estate - In addition to our focus on multifamily properties, we also have broad experience with commercial real estate more generally, including office, industrial, and retail properties, and especially with properties that have an embedded business enterprise, such as gas stations and convenience stores. Business Valuation and Consulting - Business valuation services are focused on real estate investment vehicles from partnerships to private equity funds. Examples include interests in family limited partnerships, comingled funds of funds, tenancies in common, syndicated TIC securities, and low income housing tax credit partnerships. We have experience completing these types of engagements for tax reporting, pension advisory, litigation support, financial reporting, and transaction due diligence.
