In yoga teachers often say "come as you are." My desire is to nurture a safe and playful environment in which you can come as you are and be wildly you! There are so many benefits that yoga can bring to our busy lives, both physical and mental. Flexibility, strength and toning, better posture, reduced stress, focus and clarity... are just a few benefits of yoga. Yet my passion and motivation for sharing this practice with you is seeking a self-awareness and honouring that self.The classes are designed to offer a little something for everyone.
