Wild Thring Media was established in 2012 by Edwina Thring formally Vice President of Acquisitions and Co-Productions at National Geographic Television. The company is working with a number of International Producers and Broadcasters and offers full strategic international planning support for factual television programming. This includes co-production financing, distribution and managing the creative process with broadcasters worldwide across series and one off programmes. The company is working with key broadcasters such as National Geographic, Discovery, Animal Planet, France Television, UKTV, BBC, Red Bull, Arte France, Smithsonian etc. The company is now also representing wildlife talent such as Kevin Richardson (lion whisperer), and have launched a successful channel on YouTube called Lion Whisperer TV: http://www.youtube.com/user/LionWhispererTV
