We develop solutions in a timely & considered manner providing fully integrated project solutions or single service solutions for:- Electrical, ICT, Security, Specialist Lighting- Fire Detection & Suppression;- Mechanical (HVAC).- HydraulicWe are experienced in managing all aspects of project design & tailor our offering to your specific needs, which may include:- Feasibility Studies, Master Planning, Conceptual Design & Planning- Authority Liaison, BA Submissions- D&C Briefs, Design Packages, D&C Brief to Client Approval (Tender)- Traditional Design, Documentation, Services During Construction- Audit & Condition Reports, Client Advocacy and Peer Review- Design Management, Commercial Acuity ReviewsWe work with project managers, building companies & services contractors and understand the differing performance, commercial & contractual obligations of projects, & focus on specific and individual needs.
