We perform an extensive and thorough assessment of building systems, mechanical equipment, building materials, building design, testing and analysis, among others. We offer a cost effective inspections/assessment and solutions. Typical IAQ investigations will include a site visit to identify indoor conditions, which may lead to symptoms of allergies, illness, and/or general discomfort. Sampling and testing will be performed to measure particles/bioaerosols (aeroallergens, mold, mycotoxins, and/or bacteria and chemicals) present in the air and building materials via culturing and non-culturing analytical techniques. The IAQ investigation/inspection also include the inspection of and sampling of the HVAC system(s) and associated ducting.
