Smulders Balen is an international steel construction company with over 50 years of experience in the construction, fabrication, supply and assembly of steel constructions.Smulders has in Balen a company site of over 14 hectare at its disposal at Balen (BE) and over 30,000 square meters of production hall space. The location is supplied with a modern machine park including impressive shot-blasting cabins and paint spray halls. The machine park is completely computer controlled and linked to the different engineering departments, located in Arendonk (B), Balen (B) and Bangalore (India). This causes the data to be streamlined and mutually exchangeable. We can pride ourselves in years of experience within these market segments. No architectural building is too complex, no bridge too far, no offshore project or (petro) chemical installation too large and no power plant too difficult. But, smaller projects are no problem either; the short lines within the project driven organization make all flexible solutions possible. We are part of Smulders, an international organisation with approximately 900 employees, spread over 5 facilities in Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland and the UK.
