Later, it was incorporated in December 9th, 1991, under the Nigeria Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 with RC: 182,701.The company has a large share capital, gained diverse experiences and distinguished itself in the areas of Engineering, Dredging, Pipeline Construction, Drilling, Leasing and undertake turnkey projects for the Nigeria Oil and Gas fields operations.
