Higher Education - Clive, Iowa, United States
As a working adult, you know how challenging it can be to juggle work, family, activities and personal time. You may think you can't add school into the equation, but with WPU CWA, you can! When you enroll at WPU CWA, you choose from seven degree-programs: the Associate of Arts in Leadership Studies (AALS), the Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, Accounting, Human Resource Management, Insurance Management, Criminal Justice, and the Paul McCracken Masters of Business Leadership (MBL). CWA programs use the "cohort model" or accelerated model of learning in which small groups of students (no more than 22) progress through the program on a course-by-course basis together. The method relies on the use of student learning teams through in-class instruction, projects and group activities. The best part is that classes begin frequently!Students meet weekly in large and small grounds at convenient locations that include Clive, Ankeny, Oskaloosa, or virtually online. Instructors are credentialed professionals with direct experience for a practical, applications-based education. Courses average five weeks in length, and are offered in a structured sequence with students completing one course at a time, allowing complete focus in each topic area. WPU is a prive, not-for-profit, post-secondary institution and is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and a member of the North Central Association, www.ncahlc.org. The Higher Learning Commission's telephone number is (312) 263-7462.At William Penn University, you'll begin a journey that challenges and inspires not only you, but your fellow students.
