Willowood currently owns and operates roughly 1,350 multifamily units in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.Our investment philosophy is simple: to optimize cash-on-cash yields and long-term asset values. We take a disciplined, asset-specific approach whereby our operating expertise and asset management efforts can improve performance.Focused investment criteria where our teams identify and add value across Class B or C properties.-Individual Multifamily assets and/or portfolios in need of value-add improvements-Individual Multifamily assets and/or portfolios in need of repositioning and/or operating turnarounds-Distressed Multifamily assets (non-performing)-Investment size ranges from $10-100mm-Target properties are generally in excess of 100 units -Target hold period is long-term i.e. 10+ years
