Wilmington Sharks Baseball is a summer collegiate baseball team who play their games at Buck Hardee Field which is located at 2149 Carolina Beach Rd, Wilmington, NC. The Wilmington Sharks are a member of the Coastal Plain League that stretches across North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia. The Sharks are a pioneer member of the Coastal Plain League, and they have been part of the league since its inception in 1997.Over 100 Sharks players have gone on to be drafted by major league organizations and over 10 have made a MLB debut.
