Rolo is a recent graduate of the Florida Canine Academy, and was trained by Bill Whitstine, Certified Master Trainer. Rolo is trained to target the specific scent of bed bugs, and is highly accurate compared to the visual inspection of a human. The training received is similar to that provided for a bomb or drug sniffing canine. Specialized, bed bug proof and bed bug resistant mattresses and accessories are available from Wilson-Meridian. Composite foam mattress products provide comfort, while the innovative sealed construction guards against bed bugs.
