Food & Beverages - Limassol, Limassol, Cyprus
HistoryWilton Patisserie was established in 1986 and we are proud of twenty-seven years of sweetening our consumers with a wide variety of products.Today the chain consists of five modern stores in Cyprus, three of which are located in Limassol, where the headquarters of the company is also located, one in Larnaca and one in Paphos. We also have one store in London, United Kingdom. In 1986, Mr. Christos Neocleous and his wife Mrs. Stavroula Neocleous opened the first patisserie in Agia Zoni Street in Limassol. The hard work and creativity of the few people who started the patisserie brought much success to the small shop of Agia Zoni. The increase in sales and demand for Wilton products from the people of Limassol led the owners to open a second store in 1989, in Linopetra. As the premises here were larger the workshop was also moved to this location. The Company continued to grow and in October 1990 a new store opened its doors in Ayia Fylaxeos Street. The Company then proceeds to make radical changes in the appearance of all stores and launches a new section of fried products and savoury pastries. In 1997 the fourth store opens in Nikou Pattihi Street and in November 2000 the fifth in a series, but the first store out of Limassol, the first store opened in Stratigou Timagia Avenue in Larnaca.Following this, the last store was then opened in Mesogis Avenue in Paphos, in September 2003.In May 2008 the Owners decided to spread their wings and venture outside of the Cyprus market and therefore open the seventh store in Southgate, the heart of London's Cypriot community. There, the Cypriots in London immediately embraced and supported the patisserie, enjoying quality sweets and savouries from their home country.
