Wilton Pictures was formed with a view to establishing a slate of feature films and documentaries to be produced both in the UK and the developing world. One of the fundamental aims of the company is to provide on-the-job training to historically disadvantaged individuals both from UK and abroad – offering an opportunity to people who would normally have no direct "in" to the film industry.
