WiMLDS Montreal's events cover topics related to machine learning and data science, in a multidisciplinary and inclusive way. Our speakers can talk about the technical, ethical, social, legal, creative or business aspects of these fields.We believe that the development of machine learning and data science should be driven by people whose diversity reflects that of society. We highlight women's expertise to promote and support greater gender diversity in these areas. We use an inclusive definition of "woman" and welcome all women, including trans women, genderqueer women, and non-binary people who identify as women in a way that is significant to them.
