Winchester Business Services was established in 1999 to provide complete and comprehensive payroll, integrated timekeeping and human resource solutions locally. We actually produce, support and administer our services in our North Little Rock offices. Over the years, we have added other services that our client base requested, such as pay-as-you-workers comp insurance, supplemental insurance products and merchant bankcard services. One attribute that sets us apart is our disdain for voice mail. In fact, if you reach our voice mail directory then you have asked to be forwarded to voice mail to leave a message, called either way early or late (since we actually arrive earlier and stay later than our published hours of operation) or finally, have called when we are experiencing some outside phone line issues. Also, we actually give out our cell phone numbers so we can be reached in case of an emergency.
