We are financially strong and support vendor managed inventory systems - Kanban. Our manufacturing and quality teams work with highly engineered product in tightly regulated industries - Aerospace & Defense - critical components for fuel systems / Gas Turbine Engines, Defense Systems and Small Arms; Medical Devices - Class III implants and instrumentation, Diagnostics, Endoscopic, Sterilization, Ultra-High Purity Instrumentation as well as other disciplines. Our skilled and experienced manufacturing engineers can assist New Product Development teams as to optimize manufacturability and production efficiencies - driving Quality, Delivery and Price Savings. We maintain full traceability for product manufactured and customer confidentiality is paramount at Windsor Beach Technologies, Inc. Primary machine tools: Swiss machining, 5 axis milling, 5 axis mill / turn, horizontal milling / dual pallet, high pressure, EDM - Wire, RAM and Small Hole. RAM EDM is Nadcap accredited and supported with dedicated mill for electrode manufacturing, CNC Grinding OD and surface.. Our Quality and manufacturing teams are supported with several SmartScope and Keyence Vision Systems, Manual CMM, Programmable ZEISS CMM and Magnetic Particle Inspection / Nadcap Accredited.
