Coupled with impressive growth and being recognized as one of Inc. Magazine's "5000 Fastest Growing Companies," I naturally gravitated towards a journey of mastering EOS. In working with leadership teams, I implement these real world, simple and practical tools.Through implementing the tools of EOS, organizations gain clarity and focus on their VISION; they execute better and gain more TRACTION on achieving their vision; and they become more HEALTHY, functional and cohesive as a leadership team.
