The Wine Guru specialises in wines from New Zealand and Australia. Our range is not as extensive as some other mass-market distributors in Singapore, but that's because we have personally chosen the winemakers we represent. We have sought to cover each of the wine growing regions of New Zealand, and each of the vineyards has a story, or unique attributes, which make them standout from the crowd. Our coverage includes Central Otago in the south, Marlborough, Nelson, Hawkes Bay, and Wahekie Island in the North. We have a couple of regions to source from, but we are waiting for specific winemakers to be ready to come on board!Our Australian wines are all from the South East, and include the wines of scientist-winemaker Sergio Carlei, whose biodynamic approach to winemaking takes into account the effects of the lunar cycle on nature to improve his production of already superb wines.We are primarily wholesalers, and our wines are served in some of the most prestigious restaurants and hotels in Singapore. They sit equally happily on the wine lists of the more casual eateries and bars, including Jones the Grocer, Harry's bars and the Gaelic Inns outlets of Muddy Murphy's, Othello (newly opened in Greenwood Avenue), and their other pubs in East Coast and central Singapore.
