Wintercomms was set up by Stu to enable him to have a better work/life balance and enable him to spend more time with his young daughter, Winter Rose. Wintercomms specialises in communication solutions for business use. We take pride in delivering a flexible and innovative approach which is responsive to our clients' requirements which, in turn, means the experience their clients get will be the best it can be. We talk, in mobile terms, of putting the SIM in simple, providing solutions that identify our customers' pain points and requirements for a better communications solution. We provide professional advice and consultation, based on expert industry knowledge and experience. We find solutions that bridge the gap to solve those pain points, offering services to compliment and assist our customers in running and achieving a more efficient and collaborative technical communications solution. We provide a highly personalised service, where our clients have a main point of contact who has a real ‘finger on the pulse' in terms of innovation in the mobile and telecoms industry. We provide business mobile phone contracts, call diversion services, paperless solutions for SMEs, as well as virtual office solutions which allow people to use their mobile phone to take and make calls through a landline number. Wintercomms was launched in March 2020 and within the first year of trading, we took on over 45 clients thanks to word of mouth recommendations. The overwhelming changes businesses had to make because of Covid had a dramatic impact on Wintercomms, with clients needing to adapt their telecoms solutions to fit with a growing workforce working at home. Wintercomms is proud of the impact we have had on employee happiness and wellbeing through this challenging year. By providing simple and easy to use technology, we have had a very definite impact on business success.
