Our mission is to bring together a strategic team - investors, people and technology - to redefine the residential broadband market by commercializing, deploying and operating fixed wireless broadband. Our vision to be the first true nationwide competitor to wired broadband, delivering superior quality and value by always treating people, our strategic partners and shareholders with integrity and respect. To achieve this vision, WiPeak is focused on commercializing our highly scalable fixed wireless broadband technology, including deploying and operating the network. Our focus is on a technology and network operation role, allowing us to offer our broadband service to a strategic partner through an exclusive wholesale agreement. Our technology is fixed wireless broadband with greater capacity, speed, scalability and lower cost. By combining new technologies with an operating model focused on fixed – not mobile – broadband service, we can overcome the numerous limitations of mobile broadband technologies. This allows WiPeak to provide a level of speed and capacity that is truly competitive with wireline broadband service. Importantly, our technology is highly scalable and requires only a small fraction of the capital costs per customer required to deploy wireline broadband service.
