The mission of WINSA is to preserve the navy's Patrol Gunboat, the Canon, PG90 and bring her to Sheboygan, WI. As anchor of the Naval Museum and Education Center, the Canon, PG90 will permanently serve to: educate youth about the sacrifices that have been made to maintain America's freedom, compliment math and science education for area schools, increase tourism impacting local economy by over $3m annually, perpetuate the history of the US Navy patrol craft and their crew, remember and honor all veterans, serve as a training platform for the Navy Sea Cadets-Vollrath Division and the Navy League Cadet Corp-TS Abingdon.
