Wise Mind Iowa is a Center of Excellence that provides evidence-based individual psychotherapy services in our clinic or virtually via tele-health. We will help to identify clients' goals of treatment and the problems that are interfering with these goals. Our hope is to get you results in a timely fashion.We also provide adolescent and adult skills training groups through our STEPPS and DBT programs. Our goals are to help clients become more effective at managing intense emotions, while also replacing maladaptive behaviors with more skillful behaviors.al in-person and tele-health services, as well as adolescent and adult DBT and STEPPS skills training groups.
