Prior to founding the Firm, Chuck was a Principal and Department Manager for over 25 years with a leading national engineering firm. There he supervised a team of engineering specialists in the planning, design, permitting, regulatory compliance and approvals for complex large-scale projects in the commercial, educational, industrial, healthcare, government, retail, housing and other industries. Witczak considers all aspects of a project from concept feasibility to final construction and brings the components together seamlessly to accelerate the project approval process, better manage the construction timeline, and minimize negative impact to client operations.
