I've been a cycle instructor for 3+ years and since moving home to Melbourne in January 2020, I've realised two thingsāincorporating strength into workouts is crucial and having a virtual community is powerful. Since not everyone has a bike, I decided to create a rhythm-based movement class that focused on strength + cardio + having fun. All you need is you and two small hand weights. Perfection and pressure have no place in this class. I still find this workout challenging, so it's about you just showing up and giving it your all.
