*Who are we?We are a local start-up based in Monterey,CA focused on helping Entrepreneurs, Small Businesses, and Local Organizations promote their events in Monterey County and the Central Coast Area.*What's our "WHY"?Everybody who is a part of the WiZ Community believes in theeconomic and cultural potential here in Monterey County and the Central Coast Area. We believe in the talent, passion, and drive our communities have to offer. This is why we wish to be a platform that others can rely on in order to post their events, gain traction in their respective areas, and create a name for their selves or their business.*How does it work? At WiZ Events, we believe in simplicity and productivity. We want to help promote your event and make networking with others as easy as possible! This is how it works:1.Say for instance, you were throwing an event (Ex. Concert Venue, Garage Sell, Lemonade Stand, Festival, etc.). 2.You can write details about the event on a post3.From there, a pin will indicate on a map of when and where your event is taking place.4.That way, people can know about the many great things that's going on in their area or for users to easily promote their name or business. *What else can I do ?Creating and finding events isn't the only function you can do on our website. You can also do the following:- Write reviews or comment on other events- Network with other members via instant messaging - Edit your profile page to show people what you're about We are currently in-works of have a variety of new functions underway to improve your WiZ Experience!
