Outsourcing/offshoring - Mabalacat City, Central Luzon, Philippines
Since late 2019, the COVID-19 pandemic is still at large and shows no signs of slowing down. And as a result, employment rates are down and jobs were scarce. Some employers needed to reduce their staff to make ends meet. Having worried about the possibility of being jobless, a closely-knit group of three childhood friends had an idea. This idea has been materialized in January 2021–this is the story of WizzyScript.Everything seemed to fall into place.*An advanced-level I.T. support who previously worked for Microsoft.*An all-rounder with a little experience (only about a decade) in business development and client engagement management.*A logistics expert, team manager, and cryptocurrency aficionado who has a knack for observing market trends. The thought of making a living and at the same time giving experienced individuals a chance to work suddenly appeared quite noble.Their lead generation, advanced I.T. services, cryptocurrency, and a few ad hoc tasks were sufficient enough to draw a couple of clients. They outreached through other channels and soon needed to grow their team to provide the needs of their growing clientele. Along the way they obtained:*A ghostwriter who had written articles that ranked on the first page of Google SERP*A couple of video editors*Customer service and communications expert, *A music and song interpreter who a few clients compared to Lea Salonga, and*three all-around assistants who will take on fixed-price projects and ad hoc tasks."I like to keep it (WizzyScripts team) small for now. There is a hefty ton of supply for talents and business demands to connect into. If I intend to have WizzyScript be the best outsourcing company in Asia, I wanna make sure every team member provides quality service to keep the company growing and our clientele reach their business goals."–Jay Castro, CEO
