Woman in Wilderness was created as an affordable annual retreat to get woman together in the wilderness to plug into their wild and love themselves. Woman in Wilderness is creating cost effective retreats with professional instructors with a variety of workshops and activities to choose from. Our mission is truly to provide every woman with the opportunity to invest in herself and unplug in nature. Woman in Wilderness was started in 2017 and had their first retreat for thirty woman in Duke Missouri at Wilderness Ridge Resort. The first retreat sold out the entire resort in two weeks. Every summer we commit to creating a retreat that will both be recharging, interesting and life changing. Activities that are typically offered are outdoor yoga classes, certified mindfulness workshops, meditation workshops, self love guest speakers, group hikes, group workouts, canoeing, bouldering, coloring, and massages with a certified massage therapist.
