Women AdvaNCe is an independent, nonpartisan educational institute dedicated to improving the lives of North Carolina women and families. We provide education and encourage constructive public dialogue on progressive ideas and public policy initiatives. We enact change in three ways: 1. We foster women leaders through our AdvaNCe Teams. AdvaNCe Teams in 17 targeted North Carolina counties offer ambitious women a training ground for leadership. 2. We frame and prioritize policy through original content on WomenAdvanceNC.org. We exclusively publish articles written by North Carolina women, for North Carolina women. 3.
